The remodeling project is limited to intervention only in the outdoors:

On the sidewalk of Masaryk, was placed the 4m in height sculpture, “The Bird” of the artist Juan Soriano. The Sculpture and the 2 fronts are lightened by a series of built-in floor lamps, this in order to light from the bottom the new red stucco finish used in the outside walls.

The parking area for 8 cars is located at 15 cm below the pedestrian walkway (existing level inside the store) with a black color finish adocreto 15×15 cm, and caps of the same material prevent cars from invading the pedestrian walkway.
