The hospitality Project designed by Legorreta + Legorreta in the south of Jeju island in South Korea, will house 300 hotel rooms in a 21,000 m2 area, as well as a 200 residences of one and two bedrooms in a 35,000m2 area. Both spaces will be unified by perforated roofs that cover the different buildings.
