Cities such as Guatemala City are undergoing a transformation from single-family homes to higher-density, vertical living. We should seek solutions that retain the dignity of our parents’ houses while answering to present-day needs. Starting from a set of brick volumes that reflects the irregular geometry of the terrain, we found an answer in apartments of varying size and with different views, which respond to this change in our cities with new solutions.
