The educational needs of a growing multicultural population in the border area and reaffirm the interest of the union of two cultures led to design this building with outstanding abstract geometric shapes in the landscape of the city of Chula Vista. The different scales of the volumes to identify the various areas within the Library and foster within them that define different spaces and public areas of privacy.
